Transportation Change Form
NEW POLICY: In order to change a student's normal bus stop (as provided on the transportation form) the student must present written permission to the principal's office, signed by the parent or guardian, 24 hours prior to the change being made.
Permanent changes should be addressed with a new transportation form.
Same-day changes can only be made due to extreme emergencies.
